Children matter to God and they matter to us at First Assembly.  Our Children’s Ministry strives to equip each child for the journey of life.  We want to partner with parents in sharing the gospel with children using fun, exciting, life changing activities: 

The Bundle of Joy nursery provides a safe and enjoyable environment for baby, so parents can enjoy their Sunday school classes and church services. 

Sunday’s we offer Sunday school for all ages from 9:30 to 10:30.  At 10:30 we have church Kids style.  Three through five year olds have Jr. Kids church with fun activities, interactive worship, and a super exciting bible stores that make learning about God fun.

First grade through sixth grade have an exciting time at Journey Kids with games, videos, awesome music and the word of God presented in a way that will equip your child for life’s journey. 

We offer something for the entire family on Wednesday night starting at 7:00. Children between three year and 6th grade can participate in Journey Jam!  On Sunday's at 5pm Missionettes and Royal Rangers clubs are provided. These clubs develop a core foundation of biblical principles taught in an atmosphere of fun, games and adventure.  These clubs will inspire children to have a personal relationship with God and His family.  This experience will include campouts, field trips, arts, and crafts and so much more.  

Summer programs include:  Summer Camp, Discipleship for 5th and 6th graders, and Marvelous Monday’s; that are once a month theme days.  This day camp is full of exciting activities which challenge the spirit, mind and body.
