Lead Pastor Scott Ethridge brings a relevant, unique style of communication of God’s Word that bridges all generational divides. His passion is that people from all backgrounds would find HOPE, just as he did in 1994. Scott’s life is a storyboard for God’s grace and the HOPE He provides.

Scott served in church and community leadership for eleven years before assuming the office of lead pastor at First Assembly, El Dorado, Arkansas, in January 2006. He has overseen leadership training, ministry training, resources, creative communications, music, youth and staff development, as well as on-going assembly speaking in schools and leadership training on college campuses. He has had extensive impact on the public schools in Arkansas as a featured assembly speaker for Abstinence by Choice.

His background of addiction and brokenness has taken him from the streets to churches to campuses all across the South. Scott's passion is God, family and people and with his wife Tonia, and daughters Sierra and Elizabeth, has spent many years relevating to the culture a message of hope.
